New Faculty Orientation

We are always adding new content to our collection to meet the needs of our faculty and students. While we cannot guarantee we will be able to purchase everything that is requested, we do welcome suggestions and work to accommodate our users in any way we can.

To make a book, journal, or video purchase request, please contact the Collection Development Faculty Librarian, Renee LeBeau-Ford, at reneel@uca.edu. With your request, please include the following information:

• the item’s title and if available, author and edition
• format preferred, such as print or eBook
• item’s use, ie. textbook, supplemental reading, personal research, etc.
• date the item is needed by

While we strive to accommodate the information needs of students and faculty, please bear in mind that some materials are extremely expensive. At times, it is more cost-effective to interlibrary loan something than make a purchase or begin a subscription.
